Hello,

Does the module itself support Medium Trust? If so, can you comment on which authentication providers support Mediumt Trust. In the past I know OpenID was a problem, for example.

I believe the module works fine in Medium Trust - I've sent you a link to a trial copy of the module - so you can try it out on your host.
